What a beautiful day it was for our first free outdoor community movement session! It was great to see not only some familiar faces, but some new faces, too!
Leading the movement class were coaches Emma and TJ, taking participants through some mobility and locomotion work. Throughout the session, we conditioned the wrists, mobilised the spine, and challenged coordination, with the goal being to improve movement quality and complexity. Despite the heat that day, everyone gave it their all – working up a sweat, and demonstrating how dedicated they are to improving their wellbeing through movement!
A massive thank you to all those who came down. We hope we’ll get to see you all again at our next free community movement class in March!
