Upper Body Strength Class

Begin building your upper body strength in a well rounded manner to ensure your range and strength increase in proportion to each other.

In this strength class, you will learn and work on skills including;

Prior to unlocking some of these skills, your development will be on bars, boxes, and the floor, to develop strong pushing and pulling movements and to gain stabilisation, understanding, and base strength. Some of these strength movements will include:

 

Lower Body Strength Class

These strength classes include a range of lower body strength movements, including:

Those who are more advanced will proceed to more varied rotational squats and single leg work.

We aim to provide the joints with a variety of loads, rotational forces and slowly build the capacity of the lower body to adapt and be more resilient.
