Mobility

Flexibility. Stretching. Mobility. Range of motion. What does this all mean?

In our mobility class, we want to enable your joints to move well, be strong, and be resilient. We’ll teach you the about, and the importance of, range of motion.

These classes will primarily focus on the whole body, occasionally diving deep into one area.

We include a range of techniques, from passive stretching and breath work, to active and loaded stretching.

Please know that some of the active end range conditioning is not suitable for certain joint conditions and injuries. Please contact us if you are unsure as to whether this class will be suitable for you.
