Meditation, Mindful Movement and Spinal Flow Pop Up

We are very excited to bring our spinal movement class up to the beautiful surrounds of the Kalamunda National Park. Set amongst the trees this session is a deep dive into full body movement with a focus on spinal mobility and articulation.

This session will feature standing meditation, mindful movement and partner work that will improve your spinal mobility and overall movement habits.

Be sure to wear clothing you feel comfortable moving around in.
Be prepared to roll on the floor and work closely with people.
Expect to leave with a sense of calm and softness to your body.

There are some great walking trails in Jorgensen Park, the Kalamunda Farmers market is on in the town centre and there are lots of good coffee shops and a beautiful cheese shop just a few minutes away…
