It’s easy to feel out of whack in a world that seems to be moving at warp speed. Here’s a new approach to movement that will help you feel grounded in your body and life, even if it doesn’t feel possible right now.

It’s relentless.

You’re constantly on.

Keeping up with it all.

Work pressure, home and then trying to prioritise your health stacked on top of it.

Training becomes another checkbox: Get the workout done. Track the numbers. Push through.

But underneath it all… you’re craving a different feeling. Something that’s quieter. A little calmer. You want the results, but you also want a moment of real presence. 

A way to feel like yourself again.

You can try harder to ‘manage time’, or reset with yoga and meditation.

But you still have to catch up. And it can even feel more rushed than before.

Our approach that we have developed in our training over the last fifteen years, is to re-learn to move from a grounded, embodied place:

Instead of having a separate way to try and de-stress, we teach you how to train and move in a way that builds strength and the conditioning you want, while calming the body.

Most people use external metrics to measure their workout, how long, how many reps, how fast etc… we work from the inside out. Teaching you how to move in a more connected and coordinated way. When we do this, we stay present, our joints move better, we get stronger and most importantly we create harmony in our body.

With a grounded physical practice, you will learn to restore:

– Physical function – Improving the way joints move and feel and increasing what your body is capable of
– Mental clarity – Being able to stay calm and respond rather than react
– Emotional regulation – Having awareness of your state and ability to alter it

Unlike traditional fitness or mindfulness routines, a grounded movement practice has slower, intentional movement that calms your nervous system.

You learn real-time movements that can bring you back to your body anytime (even when life gets crazy).

Instead of avoiding stress, or numbing yourself to it, you’ll see how to increase your capacity for more, while feeling calmer at the same time.
