What is organic strength? It’s how you problem solve and apply force through your hands and your feet at the same time.
It’s the fundamental difference between an activity like lifting weights and something like rock climbing. Sure you can make yourself big and strong in set ranges with weights but that doesn’t always translate to real world applications of strength.
In this session we will explore bodyweight strength and problem solving. We will explore the gymnastic rings in a very different way. We will also explore partner work – using each other to create a unique resistance training experience.
This session is about hard work but there is a large element of play involved.
Be prepared to be challenged and have fun while doing it.
