Physical Exploration

The primary goal of these sessions is to get you to use your body in a variety of different scenarios.

Here you will be encouraged to take your practice to a new level. Rings, hand balancing, and locomotion will be expanded upon. Organic strength, partner games, balance and co-ordination will also be explored.

In these sessions we take the foundation we have built in Physical Development and find out where our strengths and weaknesses really are.
