The primary goal of these sessions is to get your muscles strong, and your joints mobile. We work on mobility and strength in a range of ways to ensure our body is best looked after.
In physical development sessions you will learn the basics of hip and shoulder positions under load. We will use upper and lower body pushing and pulling exercises and get you familiar with a barbell, the gymnastic rings, hand balancing and locomotion. You will progress in all directions of linear strength and full body mobility. These sessions will allow for people of various strengths and backgrounds to work side by side building a strong foundation in their body to be expressed in whatever discipline or scenario you choose.
