Ground Work

 

These group sessions are designed to educate, and bring you and your body up to speed with some of the fundamentals that we teach.

If you are new to this type of work, are managing injuries, or have been referred to us by our partnering practitioner’s then we recommend you start here. There will be a series of movements you will need to accomplish before being able to move on to our Physical Development Sessions. This may be anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months.
