Ground Work



These entry-level group sessions are designed to educate, and bring you and your body up to speed with some of the movement fundamentals that we teach.

If you are new to this type of work, are managing injuries, or have been referred to us by one of our partnering practitioners, then we recommend you start here.

There will be a series of movements that we recommend you accomplish before moving on to our Physical Development classes. This process could take anywhere from two weeks to four months.
