A lot of work goes into the Aspen timetable because we want to ensure a very high standard of coaching.

With that in mind, each class is capped at 18 people with 2 coaches. All of our classes are programmed on 4 or 6 week cycles depending on the specific goals we are working towards.

The specific schedule is shared with our members at the beginning of each cycle.
