I’m over 50 and wondering where to begin

The earlier we begin the better, but there is no such thing as leaving it too late.
Your body will respond and change, no matter what age you are.
What matters is that you challenge it safely, by slowly and consciously introducing new, stimulating environments to provoke positive changes.

Want to begin to feel better inside that body of yours?

We use modern, functional movement coaching to strengthen your body and give you confidence on your feet.

Our over 50’s Movement Classes include Mobility, Strength, Balance and various proprioceptive games to give you a well rounded workout that is safe and stimulating.

Our coaches pay close attention and will guide you through all the options and variations to make sure the work out is appropriate for your body.

They commence at 11am on Mondays and Thursdays.

Classes are 60-minutes in length.

Classes are paid for on a casual basis. You book in via our app and pay on the day.

If you wish to attend just the one class in the week, it will cost $15.
If you come to both, your second class is $10.

Regular Classes

We have many members over 50 that engage with our regular class timetable.

That’s one of the things we love about Aspen. It has a very diverse membership group that all support each to achieve their goals, from wherever it is they are starting.

Whether you’re familiar with exercising, returning after a long time away or a first-timer – we’d love to have you along.

Private Coaching

If you have particular conditions or goals you would like to work towards, private coaching is great way to get started. You will have one-on-one attention to help educate and guide you through a movement practice. Our coaches will take care of any pre-existing conditions and safely navigate you towards more strength, range, agility and balance.
