Aspen Wellness Retreat – Ladies Only

Aspen Coaching is launching their first ever retreat and want to invite a small group of the special women in our community to a weekend retreat at Naravi in Forest Grove.

The weekend is designed to restore your body through movement, nourishing food, education, inspiration, and meditation. Set in the beautiful forrest just south of Margaret River, Navari has a lot to offer.

Schedule for the weekend:

 

~FRIDAY~

Arrive anytime from 12noon on Friday 25th May.

6:00pm
Welcome dinner at the house and evening meditation with Sam Briatico.

 

~SATURDAY~

8:00-9:30am
Movement Class with Emma Blockey
This class will focus on moving the spine and connecting your yourself to how you move. Improving your physical awareness and your physical problem solving skills is essential to a healthy body. This class is suitable for absolutely anybody with any background and experience.

9:30-10:15am
Breakfast – Delicious nourishing organic foods, all gluten/sugar/preservative free. Vegan and other dietaries can be catered to.

10:30am-12noon
Sarah Hopkins Health and Wellbeing – This session will cover Stress and Hormones and all the ways they are impacting our lives. From nutrition and chemicals in our environment through to our thought patterns and even sleep, Sarah offers practical and simple solutions to improve our day to day wellbeing.

6:30pm
Dinner – Delicious nourishing organic foods, all gluten/sugar/preservative free. Vegan and other dietaries can be catered to.

8:00pm-9:30pm
Yin Yoga and Meditation with Sam Briatico

 

~SUNDAY~

7:30-8:00am
Breath Work with Sam Briatico
In this session we will explore a few different breathing practices and deepen our understanding of the power of the breath.

8:00-9:30am
Movement Class with Emma Blockey
Combining work from day one and moving the whole body together through mobility exercises, problem solving scenarios, loosening up and freeing the spine.

9:30-10:15am
Breakfast – Delicious nourishing organic foods, all gluten/sugar/preservative free. Vegan and other dietaries can be catered to.

10:30am-12noon
Allison Smith – Education on self-care, pain, women’s health and the importance of moving and living well.

 

Any time between classes you will be able to make use of the space. Naravi has a pool, decking area, beautiful gardens, bush walks, reading nooks, grassed areas.

Leaving time is up to you on the Sunday, 5pm at the latest.

Organic cold pressed juices available everyday and additional food for lunches.

All food will be organic, gluten free, sugar and preservative free.
Nut free, diary free and vegan diets can be catered to upon request. Please advise of any allergies upon booking.

Naravi has a range of sleeping options from Private King rooms with ensuite to shared rooms.

COST:
Due to the unique location and range of sleeping options costs will vary dependant on how many people you book with, and if you are sharing a room. Discounts available for bookings with 2-4 people.
