Spinal Mobility

We don’t believe it’s an overstatement to say that you’re as old as your spine.

If you’ve ever experienced back pain before, or if you’ve ever been close to someone with chronic issues, you know just how debilitating it can be. Getting in and out of a chair, coughing, sneezing, laughing – almost everything is affected by back pain.

The spine should be strong, supple, and able to move gracefully. This feat takes a lot of getting to know how your body moves.

In this Spinal Mobility class, we will spend the hour developing different layers of awareness.

From segmented isolated work, flowing waves and circles, full body coordinations, and partner based games, we will challenge your automatic responses and old patterns of movement.
