Aspen’s Online Coaching gives everyone the ability to train with us. Personalised programming provides clients with a structured road map to get you from where you are today, to where you want to be. Your assigned coach will work with you and assess your progress via online platforms to ensure you get the most our of your coaching.


As with all of our services, these programs are available to anyone, of any skill level. We will contact you shortly after a purchase of any program using the email associated with your PayPal account to commence your programming.

Mini Program

This program is for someone looking to improve in one area, for instance - Handstands OR Planches OR Lower Body Mobility. We will design you one session strictly related to this area and make a recommendation on how often per week this session should be done.

Programming like this is perfect if you already have a regular practice and want to add in some additional work in specific areas or if you are completely new to moving and want to start with a very basic introduction.


Comprehensive Program

This program will look at the bigger picture, definitely recommended for those who want an overhaul with their training direction, or recognise that there are many areas that need to be addressed in order to move forward and solve any plateaus you have been experiencing. The comprehensive program will cover all aspects of strength, mobility and skills, spending on where you are starting from.

This will typically be 3-5 different sessions for you to do throughout the week. Programming will come with a recommended cycle so you will understand which sessions to do when and how often.
