Sue Tippett

Sue Tippett is a Coach who prides herself on her ability to get to know people and understand exactly how she can positively impact their lifestyles. Sue strongly invests in her skill development and has been hard at work adding special training to her qualifications, by becoming a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and completing the Australian Institute of Kettlebells Level 1 Fundamentals of Kettlebells Training Course.

 

Her varied experience as a trainer and student has developed her personal approach to training, which is based on reclaiming lost movements like the squat and overhead reach and having a good time doing it! Sue believes that time spent training and strengthening the body should have a positive effect on everyday life with a focus on longevity.
