Luke Linthorne is a Coach with a background in mixed martial arts. An interest in injury and pain prevention led him to the study of the movement discipline and to develop a better understanding of body awareness.


He has the skill and knowledge to cater for all ages and ability levels, no matter the goals people have. His past experience running highly successful boot-camps demonstrates his skill in leading and training people in group settings.


In addition to his focus on movement and well-being, Luke prides himself on helping his clients develop a positive mind-set to support the profound differences they are making in their lives.
